Features that are enabled via the ios/windows companion app (OutOfOffice, mail encryption, etc) would be missing as they are normally provided via the android app itself

Sorry, getting the traveler team to restore that previous doc (1651137) back from archive
in the meantime heres another note explaining one of the more common problems seen when android synch over active synch is attempted
